The Confederacy of Villages is a cooperative platform for art venues in rural areas that includes the village Inland.org (Northern Spanish Mountains), Grizedale Arts in Coniston (United Kingdom), Casa dell'Agricultura in Castiglione (Italy), Kulturföreningen Huset in Klöse (Sweden), and Yeghegis (Armenia). Invited guests are the artist members of Ferme de la Mhotte (France). The Confederation assembly will discuss ways in which arts and culture can contribute to the revitalization of rural life.
